Franchise Prospectus

The Willsure Franchise Prospectus

A clear guide to owning and running a Willsure domestic Will writing franchise - what it is, what you'll do, what it costs, and what you can earn.

01

What is Willsure?

Willsure is a UK LegalTech platform that helps ordinary people get a proper, legally sound Will written - without the cost, complexity, and delay of a traditional solicitor appointment. Our AI-guided Will Writing service walks a client through a simple interview, produces a draft Will, and sends it to our central solicitor review panel for quality assurance before execution.

We sell this service directly to consumers through our website, and we also licence it to regional franchisees who run their own domestic Will writing business under the Willsure brand. This prospectus explains the franchise model.

02

The market opportunity

Most people know they need a Will, but put it off because it feels expensive, complicated, or intimidating. Willsure makes professional Will writing affordable and straightforward - and the market is enormous.

Life-Event Monitoring

04

What makes Willsure different

Traditional Will writing is a one-off transaction. The Will is written, the client pays once, and the document sits in a drawer going out of date. Willsure is fundamentally different.

Every Willsure Will is a live digital Will. We continuously monitor the sources of truth that affect a testator's estate - property ownership, probate records, marriage and birth registrations, and changes in legislation - and flag anything that means the Will needs updating. This keeps every Will fit for purpose and creates a recurring revenue stream that traditional Will writing simply cannot offer.

A live Will, not a static document

Most Wills are written once, filed away, and forgotten. A Willsure Will is a living document that stays current as life changes.

Continuous monitoring

We monitor the sources of truth - property records, probate records, life events, and legislation - and flag anything that affects a client's Will.

Recurring revenue

Clients pay an ongoing monitoring subscription, so you earn recurring income from every Will you write - not just a one-off fee.

Always fit for purpose

When something changes, the client is alerted and can update their Will through you - keeping it legally sound and relevant.

05

The financial model

The model is simple: a one-off franchise fee, a low monthly management fee, and you keep the majority share of every Will you sell. The more clients you serve, the more you earn.

Plus recurring monitoring income: every client pays an ongoing subscription for live Will monitoring. You earn a share of that subscription every month - so your income grows as your client base grows, even without writing new Wills.
